Responsibilities
- Design resilient, scalable, secure full-stack enterprise solutions using microservices and cloud-native patterns.
- Lead front-end development with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and state-management libraries.
- Develop high-throughput REST APIs and distributed back-end services using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
- Design Oracle database schemas, write SQL and PL/SQL, and perform indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and automated quality and security gates.
- Drive code reviews, architectural standards, engineering best practices, technical governance, and framework modernization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and QA engineers on technical stories, estimates, and sprint backlogs.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance across engineering teams.
- Lead production incident resolution, root-cause analysis, observability, uptime, and disaster-recovery readiness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience, including at least 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Full Stack Engineer capacity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong expertise with Angular or React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, SCSS/CSS3, and state-management libraries.
- Deep hands-on experience with Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, REST APIs, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Experience with event-driven messaging and asynchronous processing using Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency with Oracle Database 19c+, PL/SQL, SQL performance analysis, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, or MyBatis.
- Hands-on CI/CD pipeline authoring and experience with build tools, containers, orchestration, version control, and automated testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentorship, and technical leadership abilities.
- Financial services, banking, wealth management, or highly regulated enterprise experience is strongly preferred.
