Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps.
- Align IT strategy with business goals, industry practices, and digital transformation objectives.
- Design scalable, secure, and compliant end-to-end solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with executives, business leaders, IT teams, development, operations, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams and deliver medium to large complex programs and projects.
- Assess, design, architect, and develop solutions using emerging technologies and partner platforms.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve platforms and solutions.
- Drive consulting sales and delivery through established client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
- Strong experience with digital transformation and understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive architectural decisions.
- Significant experience managing and delivering medium to large teams on complex programs and projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, technical writing, and client-service skills.
- Proven track record of sales and delivery in a consulting context with established client relationships.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, build consensus, manage workloads, and adapt to change.
