Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, roadmaps, standards, policies, and best practices.
- Align IT strategy with business goals, industry practices, and digital transformation objectives.
- Design, assess, architect, and develop scalable solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with executives, business stakeholders, development teams, operations teams, and clients to gather requirements and communicate architectural decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive architectural decisions for complex programs and projects.
- Identify technology trends and emerging solutions, including AI, cloud-native applications, and DevOps, to support business needs.
- Recommend, build, and improve platforms and solutions using in-house and partner capabilities.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve technology platforms and solutions.
- Deliver consulting engagements and build client relationships through a proven record of sales and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture.
- Strong focus on digital transformation and understanding of business operations and strategies.
- Significant experience managing and delivering medium to large teams on complex programs and projects.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive architectural decisions, solve problems analytically, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, technical writing, and executive presence skills.
- Proven track record of sales and delivery in a consulting context with established client relationships.
- Passion for emerging methodologies and technologies, with the ability to adapt to change and manage workload independently.
