Base Salary
$127k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build Bloomerang’s internal AI platform end-to-end.
- Create a unified workspace for employees to access tools and integrations.
- Integrate role-based access to a tiered data model with security stakeholders.
- Develop an internal app store for reusable skills and flows.
- Architect a context system to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the AIOps Engineer to improve existing AI tool adoption.
- Support internal builders with templates and technical partnership.
- Engage with users to identify needs and translate them into features.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to ship products and iterate quickly.
- Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks as a generalist software engineer.
- Ability to build for the second user, ensuring shared benefits.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools like Claude Code and Replit.
- Experience integrating SSO and understanding security principles.
- Strong communication skills to translate user needs into technical solutions.
- Adaptability to the rapidly changing AI landscape.
- High ownership mentality in a greenfield build environment.
