Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Manage source code repositories, branching, merging, release strategies, and environment synchronization.
- Automate deployments using Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth releases.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize release processes.
- Implement security, compliance, and governance standards across Salesforce environments.
- Support Agile development and DevOps transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 4 to 12 years of experience.
- Strong Salesforce development expertise and hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce deployment tooling.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
