Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Windows Cloud Experience features for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Develop solutions across front-end UX and back-end services, including Graph API, authentication, telemetry, and data analytics.
  • Build production-ready agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, MCP, and AI evaluation.
  • Execute the full software development lifecycle from architecture and implementation through deployment and live service operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, internal stakeholders, and customers to deliver and improve end-to-end product experiences.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, troubleshooting, and engineering excellence initiatives.
  • Develop robust, maintainable solutions aligned with security and compliance principles such as Zero Trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining production-quality software.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent development languages.
  • Strong technical design and troubleshooting skills across front-end and back-end systems.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms or distributed systems.
  • Experience with generative AI development, including prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks, and responsible AI practices.
  • Understanding of security principles and experience implementing them.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud background check and applicable customer or government security screening requirements.
  • Fluent English communication skills and experience collaborating across teams.
