Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-focused products and resilient distributed services for financial applications.
- Design and operate large-scale distributed software systems that process financial transactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and solve complex problems.
- Take operational ownership of services beyond feature delivery.
- Apply test-driven or behaviour-driven development practices and maintain a strong commitment to quality.
Requirements
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems with proven scalability and complex topologies.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Kotlin, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
- A product-focused engineering mindset and interest in solving customer and business problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving and uncertain environment.
- Fintech or banking experience is a preferred qualification, not a requirement.
