Responsibilities
- Configure and update business logic within ServiceNow workflows.
- Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts for application performance.
- Execute API integrations between ServiceNow and other corporate systems.
- Provide technical support and incident management for internal user requests.
- Offer ad-hoc technical support for external systems as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow (administration, development, or technical support).
- Knowledge of JavaScript and scripting (client and server side).
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integration.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different business areas.
- Advanced English proficiency for working with an international team.
