Responsibilities
- Support developers using Helius APIs and streaming products through Discord and Telegram.
- Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with engineering to ship fixes.
- Build code samples, demos, SDKs, integrations, and performance improvements for customers.
- Write and expand documentation, tutorials, and guides based on developer questions.
- Automate support workflows with internal tooling, scripts, and AI-assisted systems.
- Collaborate on feature requests, bug reports, customer-driven improvements, and experimental prototypes.
- Gather developer feedback and identify patterns that can improve products and the developer experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical role such as support, engineering, solutions, or developer relations.
- Comfort reading and writing code, with TypeScript and Rust preferred.
- Interest in the Solana ecosystem, distributed systems, and internet capital markets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for explaining complex technical concepts.
- Experience with APIs, SDK design, open-source contributions, startups, or small fast-moving teams is a plus.
