Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales through customer demos, proofs of concept, architecture accelerators, working code, and MVP prototypes.
- Lead architecture sessions and technical workshops with technical decision-makers, founders, and engineering leaders to accelerate Azure adoption.
- Co-design secure, scalable, multi-tenant cloud and AI solutions with customer platform and engineering leads.
- Influence technical and business stakeholders through solution-value communication, architecture recommendations, technical strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
- Architect, deploy, and support production AI-powered applications with attention to scalability, reliability, observability, governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI.
- Resolve technical blockers with engineering teams and communicate customer insights back into the product organization.
- Represent Microsoft in customer forums and technical communities through technical thought leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 1 or more years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 or more years of such experience; or 3 or more years of such experience; equivalent experience is also accepted.
- Proven cloud infrastructure experience with understanding of Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud, including security, compliance, and hybrid-cloud scenarios.
- Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable, secure cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience building proofs of concept and MVPs for agentic AI solutions involving AI agents, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, orchestration frameworks, multi-agent architectures, prompt engineering, knowledge grounding, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
- Experience architecting, deploying, and operating enterprise AI-powered applications in production.
- Ability to create and explain three-tier, system-context, and system-interaction diagrams for cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Preferred: 5 or more years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Preferred: 3 or more years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, or technology management.
- Preferred: proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Spanish.
