Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to ISV partners for publishing solutions on Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
- Assist with technical onboarding, solution configuration, validation, and Marketplace listing requirements.
- Collaborate with Alliances & Channels, OCI architects, technical specialists, and internal teams to resolve partner technical challenges.
- Support basic cloud infrastructure configurations and explain OCI services and deployment requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, track partner onboarding progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Participate in customer engagements to gather requirements, design architectures, implement solutions, and support successful deployments.
- Support customers from proof of concept through production deployment through resource configuration, planning, education, and training.
- Create and distribute technical assets such as solution code, white papers, blog posts, and video demonstrations.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on cloud solutions and customer success.
Requirements
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, security, and fundamental cloud concepts.
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment concepts.
- Strong interest in cloud technologies, technical problem-solving, and partner-facing activities.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Good organizational and troubleshooting skills, with basic English proficiency sufficient for communication with US-based architects and technical documentation.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and cloud services.
- Preferred qualifications include OCI Foundations or other Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Preferred qualifications include basic Terraform and Infrastructure as Code knowledge, exposure to OCI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with cloud marketplaces.
- Preferred qualifications include understanding of cloud solution deployment, software packaging, or application integration; experience with ISVs, technology partners, cloud ecosystem teams, technical support, cloud operations, infrastructure, or solution engineering.
- Basic Spanish proficiency is preferred for collaboration with Latin American colleagues.
