Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers across Latin America.
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations, architecture workshops, and customer presentations.
- Lead scoped technical evaluations and proofs of value with measurable success criteria and decision gates.
- Explain enterprise AI, search, SaaS architecture, integrations, data flows, identity, permissions, security, and operational tradeoffs.
- Help customers assess build-versus-buy decisions and translate technical fit into business value.
- Partner with Account Executives throughout qualification, stakeholder mapping, evaluation, and purchase decisions.
- Build customer-specific ROI cases and procurement-ready business rationales.
- Share customer insights, product gaps, and competitive patterns with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering.
- Create reusable regional demos, technical guidance, and field enablement materials.
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or comparable customer-facing technical work in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong technical discovery and solution-design skills, including the ability to explain integration, identity, security, and architecture tradeoffs.
- Experience delivering customer-specific demonstrations, workshops, or technical evaluations for both engineers and executives.
- Ability to define useful proofs of value, including scope, success measures, and follow-on decisions.
- Experience working with technical buyers and partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams on complex customer decisions.
- Fluent Spanish and Portuguese for customer-facing conversations and materials, plus professional English for internal collaboration.
- Clear written communication, dependable follow-through, collaboration across countries and functions, and curiosity about enterprise AI, search, and modern SaaS platforms.
- Experience with enterprise AI, search, knowledge management, data platforms, developer tools, enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, identity and access management, security reviews, competitive evaluations, ROI models, technical business cases, reusable demos, or regional enablement is helpful but not required.
