Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on customer engagements to design and build AI and agent solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI & Agent Services, GitHub, SDD, and established engineering patterns.
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to assess AI priorities, data estates, governance needs, success measures, and business outcomes.
- Design secure, scalable Cloud & AI Data architectures and lead platform roadmaps, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones.
- Own technical delivery for dispatched engagements and partner with CSAMs on Azure consumption and customer success plans.
- Use and contribute reusable intellectual property, templates, frameworks, and agents to accelerate deployments and improve consistency.
- Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for Factory, Unified, and data acceleration engagements across Data & Analytics workloads.
- Lead workload health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity management, and optimization for mission-critical data and AI workloads.
- Resolve technical blockers and share customer and field feedback with product and engineering teams.
- Maintain advanced expertise in Microsoft’s Cloud & AI Data priorities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute reusable learnings, participate in communities, and mentor others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in cloud, AI, data platform, analytics, database, infrastructure, IT consulting/support, systems administration, data engineering, database administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
- At least 4 years of experience working on technical projects.
- Preferred technical certification in cloud, AI, data, analytics, database, or security technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI Foundry, Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, or equivalent cloud/data certifications.
