Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales with decision makers through demos and proofs of concept that influence solution design and enable production deployments.
- Lead hands-on hackathons, proofs of concept, MVPs, and architecture workshops to accelerate adoption of Microsoft cloud platforms.
- Co-design secure and scalable architectures with customer platform leads and guide infrastructure modernization and migration.
- Resolve technical blockers and objections while collaborating with engineering to share customer insights and improve products.
- Maintain expertise in Azure compute, networking, storage, hybrid solutions, governance, and security services.
- Maintain knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, hybrid cloud, and migration strategies.
- Represent Microsoft through cloud infrastructure thought leadership and customer forums.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years; or 5+ years of such experience; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Experience with Azure infrastructure services, including compute, networking, and storage, covering migration, modernization, and cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, governance, and security frameworks.
- Experience leading technical engagements such as hackathons, proofs of concept, and MVPs that produce production-scale outcomes.
- Proficiency in English is required for global collaboration.
- Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience; 4+ years with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure and architecture; and relevant technology or security certifications.
- Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is preferred, with proficiency in both strongly preferred.
