Base Salary
$100k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer cases end-to-end, including triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, AWS, GCP, Azure, deployment, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.
- Participate in occasional customer build engagements, initially shadowing and co-building alongside senior engineers.
- Contribute customer-facing tooling and small product fixes with Product and Engineering.
- Lead or participate in customer calls and screen shares and communicate findings to engineers and managers.
- Build internal scripts and diagnostic tools to improve casework efficiency.
- Convert recurring issues into runbooks, playbooks, and reusable templates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform role, or equivalent depth from internships, personal projects, or open-source work.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, and at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Scripting ability in Python, Node.js, Bash, or a similar language.
- Enough coding experience through coursework, projects, or professional work to read source code and make small guided changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort driving customer calls and documenting findings.
- Ability to learn quickly and work hands-on in unfamiliar systems.
