Responsibilities
- Design scalable, highly available backend systems with a strong focus on security, distributed systems, and open-source technologies.
- Lead the design and optimization of security and risk-control modules, including traffic risk-control and anti-fraud platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to propose technical solutions and deliver mission-critical projects.
- Lead architecture reviews and drive engineering excellence, system stability, and security under high-concurrency scenarios.
- Build platform-level security capabilities and improve organizational risk detection and prevention systems.
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader and work cross-functionally with other technology teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software design and development experience with a record of building large-scale enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and English reading and writing skills.
- Experience designing and developing traffic risk-control, transaction fraud-detection, or account-security platforms is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive projects forward efficiently.
