Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Refine requirements and translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions and actionable stories.
- Design and develop Power Apps, Dataverse applications, and custom Power Apps Component Framework controls.
- Build solutions using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise or legacy systems.
- Define development standards and ensure solution quality, maintainability, security, and performance.
- Review solution designs and code, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, dependency management, and delivery.
- Support onboarding and technical ramp-up of team members.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Experience designing and developing PCF controls.
- Proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong experience designing and delivering integrations using Microsoft Azure.
- Experience translating complex or ambiguous requirements into practical technical approaches.
- Experience providing technical leadership while remaining hands-on in delivery.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management, security, and deployment practices.
- Experience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing is preferred.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in the insurance industry is preferred.
