Responsibilities
- Own the AI Tribe’s tactical architecture, architecture governance, Architecture Decision Records, and participation in the AI Architecture Review Board.
- Guide solution design across AI platforms and strategic use-case domains while supporting Solution Architects and development teams.
- Lead technical architecture discussions, consolidate project-specific implementation recommendations, and establish shared technology plans and priorities.
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions with AI Tribe teams and evaluate emerging and agentic AI capabilities.
- Connect business requirements, use cases, technology choices, enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with AI Tribe leadership, Product Owners, Software Developers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, architects, and stakeholder groups across OP Pohjola.
- Help establish architecture governance across the group with Tech Leads, Enterprise Architects, and architecture leadership.
Requirements
- Practical experience in a similar guiding architecture role and in modern software development and its leadership.
- Experience with functional and technical architecture, including architectural modelling and documentation such as ArchiMate and ADRs.
- Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions and understanding AI technologies in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to lead architectural design, manage complex entities, challenge and support stakeholders, and translate complex concepts into clear presentations.
- Experience with AI/ML lifecycle management, including MLOps and LLMOps, is beneficial.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks and design patterns such as Model Context Protocol, Agent2Agent, Microsoft Agent Framework, and Foundry Hosted Agents is beneficial.
- Experience with inference solutions, data platform architecture, financial-sector regulation, security, and risk management is beneficial.
- Strong written and spoken English is required; Finnish is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks is beneficial.
