Responsibilities
- Work on GenAI and AI agent systems to solve complex eCommerce scenarios.
- Develop large language and vision understanding/generation models for predictive AI.
- Train foundational models to support learning systems.
- Define processes and experiments for end-to-end foundation models.
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines for foundational models.
- Mentor team members on data frameworks and methodologies.
- Ensure model training is security and compliance aware.
- Collaborate with cross-team members to align foundational models with AI strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science and building large scale foundational models.
- Expertise in large language model post-training and deployment.
- Deep understanding of AI, LLM, AIGC, and ML architecture.
- Strong statistical and mathematical background in defining metrics and result analysis.
- Significant experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, Scala, and R.
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark, and BigQuery.
- Experience creating complex data visualization tools and frameworks.
- Experience in dimension reduction in big data.
- Proficient in cloud analytical stacks including lakes, warehouses, and ETL pipelines.
- Experience with inference platforms in AWS, Azure, and other open-source platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for large language models, NLP, and machine learning at scale.
- Education: B.S, M.S in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
