Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design high-impact engagement strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert Solutions Architect to drive product adoption.
- Enable clients through workshops and customer-facing collateral.
- Influence product roadmap with data-driven insights.
- Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of transactional database expertise across engineering and product development.
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for programming and problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
