Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems for Remote Care products.
- Build and improve AI agents and orchestration systems.
- Partner with Machine Learning Engineers to implement evaluation pipelines and metrics.
- Own performance, observability, and security for AI systems.
- Contribute to full-stack development for healthcare features.
- Mentor software engineers in agentic AI development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer with AI/ML systems.
- 2+ years of experience with Python and AI/ML engineering practices.
- Comfortable with full-stack development, including React/TypeScript or Kotlin.
- Product-oriented with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
- Fluent in English for day-to-day communication.
