Responsibilities
- Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems for Remote Care products.
- Build AI agents, orchestration systems, memory, reasoning, tool adapters, and multi-agent coordination capabilities.
- Partner with Machine Learning Engineers on evaluation pipelines, security and safety guardrails, and metrics.
- Own performance, observability, monitoring dashboards, SLO/SLI definition, and security posture for sensitive medical data.
- Contribute to full-stack development to deliver end-to-end features for healthcare professionals.
- Mentor and enable software engineers working with agentic AI.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a software engineer with hands-on AI/ML systems experience across evaluation, launch, and production iteration.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Python.
- Experience with AI/ML engineering practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Comfort with full-stack development and contributing with React, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
- Product orientation and ability to guide technical trade-offs for business needs.
- Fluency in English for day-to-day team communication.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent systems or agent development frameworks.
- Preferred experience building AI products for enterprise or professional users.
- Preferred experience in medical, healthcare technology, or regulated AI-based Software as a Medical Device.
