Responsibilities

Design and develop AI/ML solutions with Databricks and Azure OpenAI from prototyping through production release.
Build RAG architectures and vector search systems for knowledge management and document-query applications.
Implement MLOps pipelines covering model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and updating.
Develop and orchestrate AI agents and intelligent workflows integrated with business processes.
Integrate AI capabilities through APIs, gateways, and cloud services.
Define and apply security, governance, compliance, traceability, monitoring, and data-protection standards.
Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise AI platform and adoption of technology best practices.
Support experimentation and innovation involving generative AI technologies and use cases.

3–5 years of experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or in a similar enterprise role.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of Databricks and Microsoft Azure Foundry capabilities.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries for developing agents and LLM-based applications.
Knowledge of RAG architectures, retrieval systems, and AI-agent orchestration.
MLOps skills and familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
Excellent Python skills and good familiarity with SQL.
Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and observability and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, or Databricks/Microsoft Azure AI certifications is preferred.
Good English skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, ownership, autonomy, teamwork, and willingness to travel occasionally.
