Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Databricks and Azure OpenAI from prototyping through production release.
- Build RAG architectures and vector search systems for knowledge management and document-querying applications.
- Implement MLOps pipelines covering model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and updating.
- Develop and orchestrate AI agents and intelligent workflows integrated into business processes.
- Integrate AI capabilities through APIs, gateways, and cloud services.
- Define and apply security, governance, compliance, traceability, monitoring, and data-protection standards.
- Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise AI platform and adoption of technology best practices.
- Support experimentation and innovation involving generative AI technologies and use cases.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or in a comparable enterprise role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Databricks and Microsoft Foundry capabilities.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries for developing agents and LLM-based applications.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, retrieval systems, and AI-agent orchestration.
- MLOps experience and familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
- Excellent Python skills and good familiarity with SQL.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and observability and monitoring tools.
- Docker, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures, and Databricks or Microsoft Azure AI certifications are preferred.
- Strong ownership, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, and English-language skills; occasional travel may be required.
