Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture spanning API strategy, data platform design, cloud infrastructure, and AI engineering.
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise-grade AI engineering platforms and establish reusable architecture and delivery standards.
- Define and govern trust boundaries, identity models, validation hierarchies, audit mechanisms, and AI system governance frameworks.
- Oversee evaluation and security programs, including red-teaming, adversarial testing, and compliance-by-design practices.
- Translate executive business intent into scalable, multi-horizon AI architectures and integration paths for existing enterprise landscapes.
- Act as a technical authority in client-facing engagements with C-suite, CTO-level, and technical audiences.
- Define modern software delivery standards, platform engineering approaches, automated testing strategies, and secure delivery practices across teams.
- Travel to client sites in Italy and abroad as required by project needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in software development or technical roles, with strong enterprise-scale cloud, backend, or systems integration experience.
- Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing complex IT architectures across multi-team engagements.
- Deep expertise in legacy modernization, enterprise solutions, agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience delivering LLM-based applications, multi-agent architectures, and ML platforms in production enterprise environments.
- Experience governing software delivery standards, including DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, and context engineering, with the ability to embed them securely and scalably into enterprise environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English, with minimum B2 proficiency and C1 preferred.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites in Italy and abroad.
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary and global teams.
