Responsibilities
- Collect and research customer experience data related to robotic platforms and prepare reports for management.
- Document architecture specifications, software design descriptions, verification plans, test cases, operating procedures, and safety procedures.
- Use appropriate tools to debug, test, and maintain software and hardware systems for robotic tools.
- Assist with verification and validation activities, including functional and performance testing.
- Participate in the design and development of application software and algorithms for robotic platforms.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to address internal and external client needs.
Requirements
- Degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles and structured software delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of software product testing, including functional, volume, load, and performance testing.
- Ability to use application development tools and toolkits.
- Working knowledge of programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer programs.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, logs, and technical systems.
