Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and implement test automation frameworks and tools for functional, regression, performance, and reliability testing.
- Own and drive automated test coverage across UI and API layers, including test-suite design, results publication, recommendations, and best-known methods.
- Integrate AI capabilities such as self-healing locators, intelligent test generation, and autonomous test execution into automation frameworks.
- Design scalable infrastructure solutions for the test automation team using knowledge of software systems and application architecture.
- Assess test-case automation feasibility and script tests for automatic execution across new and existing product features.
- Partner with Algorithms, System Engineering, Application Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Customer Support teams across global locations.
- Participate in software development, deployment, troubleshooting, product-lifecycle activities, and key program meetings.
- Travel to customer fabrication facilities to understand use cases, deploy software, and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- A master’s-level degree in computer science or a related field with zero years of related work experience, or a bachelor’s-level degree with two years of related work experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, teamwork, and self-driven working skills.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools is preferred.
- Background in IC processing or semiconductor equipment is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and work with people in other cultures.
