Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions and products.
- Prepare and maintain data sources, knowledge bases, context foundations, and RAG pipelines for AI use cases.
- Implement and test prompts, context strategies, AI agents, and orchestration workflows.
- Help translate business requirements and operational challenges into practical AI use cases and workflows.
- Research emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks and share findings with the team.
- Document solutions, methodologies, prompts, experiments, and learnings for reuse and knowledge sharing.
- Identify issues and implement improvements based on user feedback and solution performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, data engineering, AI, or a related technical field; relevant internships or academic projects are valued.
- Basic to intermediate programming skills in at least one modern programming language, with Python preferred.
- Familiarity with Git and basic software engineering practices.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, or generative AI through professional, academic, or personal projects.
- Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and data concepts such as data quality, structures, semantics, and governance.
- Awareness of LLMs, multimodal models, AI agents, and emerging AI tools and frameworks.
- Exposure to knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic data models, or orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages and experience in international, consulting, or scale-up environments are a plus.
