Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reliable multi-step automations using n8n, Make, or custom Python scripts.
- Connect SaaS platforms and internal databases through workflow integrations.
- Integrate LLM APIs for structured data extraction, document classification, summarization, and content transformation.
- Participate in client and stakeholder discovery interviews, document workflows and bottlenecks, and capture technical requirements.
- Build lightweight proofs of concept to evaluate the technical viability and reliability of AI solutions.
- Translate business needs and non-technical feedback into functional code and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of practical experience building software or automations with Python through professional experience, internships, or substantial open-source or personal projects.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, including prompting, temperature tuning, and structured outputs such as JSON mode or function calling.
- Solid understanding of API integration, webhook lifecycle management, authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys, and JSON data manipulation.
- Experience building multi-step automations with at least one workflow automation platform.
- Ability to break broad processes into discrete sequential logic steps and debug pipeline failures independently.
- Ability to explain technical implementation details clearly and translate non-technical feedback into functional code.
- Nice to have experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, or .NET.
- Fluent English is required.
