Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end quality for complex or ambiguous features across a distributed, cross-cloud architecture.
- Design, coordinate, and execute functional, business-scenario, usability, accessibility, API, and UI integration test plans.
- Build automation frameworks and cross-cloud integration automation for varied Salesforce organizations and data configurations.
- Prioritize cross-product testing, monitor quality health metrics, and address production issues.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, UX teams, customers, and other teams to improve product quality.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide mentorship through code and design reviews.
- Evaluate AI-assisted testing approaches and validate AI-generated code and tests for accuracy, coverage, and security.
Requirements
- A related technical degree is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, usability, or business analysis.
- High proficiency in JavaScript and Java, with a grasp of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with UI and backend automation and proficiency writing functional UI/API automation.
- Familiarity with industry quality and usability practices, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Eclipse IDE, and agile development methodology.
- Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, communicate technical information clearly, and coordinate cross-team efforts.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot for test design, automation, debugging, and documentation.
