Responsibilities
- Exceed regional sales targets and help develop overall win strategies.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and products to prospective customers, security architects, and executive audiences.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, conference sessions, and seminars.
- Gather customer technical requirements and establish Netskope as the best solution for customer needs.
- Create evaluation test plans, manage customer and partner evaluations, and lead Proof-of-Concept exercises.
- Advocate for customers, support customer success, and escalate satisfaction issues cross-functionally when needed.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs and provide competitive solution analysis.
- Travel heavily within the assigned region and support other company engagements in the United States.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions or Systems Engineer with a record of presenting technical information to business executives or architects.
- Strong customer empathy, revenue orientation, communication skills, presentation skills, public-speaking ability, and executive presence.
- Ability to work from whiteboard-level discussions with security architects through influencing CISOs.
- Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, MacOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies including MDM/MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on information security experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN deployments and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Desired experience includes Python scripting, REST API frameworks, and other cloud security vendor solutions.
- Security experience with Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, and Juniper is advantageous, along with relevant security certifications.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Agile Scrum, project management, and advanced network technology certifications are desirable.
