Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable features across the entire stack.
- Collaborate with the CTO on architectural decisions for robust systems.
- Improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development.
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into user-friendly experiences.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality.
- Write clear documentation for code, architecture, and processes.
- Contribute to product and UX thinking to shape what gets built.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building production-grade, full-stack web applications.
- 10+ years of experience for staff-level candidates with technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based agentic applications in production.
- Deep expertise in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend development with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to cloud environments.
