Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable infrastructure for agent orchestration and execution.
- Build frameworks and developer tools for developing, testing, and deploying autonomous agents.
- Partner with product and research teams to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and establish effective engineering practices across the codebase.
- Contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and the long-term platform roadmap.
- Work across the stack from low-level infrastructure to high-level abstractions.
Requirements
- At least eight years of professional experience in software engineering or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with agentic infrastructure, agent systems, agent frameworks, or related distributed systems.
- Broad, generalist technical background across multiple technical domains.
- Experience as an early startup engineer, founder, CTO, or founding engineer.
- Strong systems design skills and experience designing production systems for scale and reliability.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, platforms, or infrastructure abstractions.
