Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.
- Apply scientific methods and software engineering knowledge to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Contribute across research, design, development, and maintenance phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Operate independently in highly complex environments and take responsibility for a substantial aspect of organizational activity.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while developing long-term client partnerships.
- Participate significantly in the recruitment and development of people.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to exercise original thought and judgment in software engineering work.
- Ability to supervise software engineers and lead technical and administrative activities.
- Ability to manage difficult and complex situations calmly and professionally.
- Understanding of commercial and negotiating principles in challenging situations.
- Ability to balance business, technical, and people objectives.
