Responsibilities

  • Lead the adaptation of Ubuntu for mission-critical environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to implement agile lifecycle processes.
  • Define and establish qualification requirements for engineering quality standards.
  • Support and develop controls alongside existing development lifecycle processes.
  • Build strategic relationships with external working groups and partners.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in engineering and process management in an agile environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and growing teams.
  • Experience leading compliance and certification efforts.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO IEC 9001, 25010, and 15504 / SPICE.
  • Experience with successful open source projects known for their engineering processes.
