Responsibilities
- Lead the adaptation of Ubuntu for mission-critical environments.
- Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to implement agile lifecycle processes.
- Define and establish qualification requirements for engineering quality standards.
- Support and develop controls alongside existing development lifecycle processes.
- Build strategic relationships with external working groups and partners.
Requirements
- Strong experience in engineering and process management in an agile environment.
- Proven track record in developing and growing teams.
- Experience leading compliance and certification efforts.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO IEC 9001, 25010, and 15504 / SPICE.
- Experience with successful open source projects known for their engineering processes.
