Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer-facing applications and features for iOS devices using native platforms, tools, patterns, and programming languages.
- Support mobile technology architecture and translate business requirements and functional specifications into maintainable code modules and software solutions.
- Integrate APIs, services, third-party SDKs, libraries, and content management platforms while handling error states and caching.
- Develop and execute unit, UI, component integration, and user acceptance testing, including test triage, fixes, documentation, and test coverage support.
- Manage mobile signing assets, build schemes, configuration variants, dependency management, and build processes.
- Provide implementation, post-implementation, incident, and troubleshooting support for basic to moderately complex software issues.
- Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, IT, software consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write technical specifications and documentation and help ensure solutions follow architectural standards, design patterns, security practices, and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent additional work experience.
- At least two years of software development or related experience and at least two years of mobile application development or implementation experience.
- At least two years of experience programming Objective-C or Swift for iOS applications.
- At least two years of experience integrating APIs or services, third-party source code or libraries, and native mobile app dependency management tools.
- At least one year of experience with a CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, or an alternative content management tool.
- Experience developing automated tests with XCUITest and familiarity with native iOS development, MVVM, UI testing, build schemes, signing assets, and Fastlane.
- Experience integrating third-party SDKs such as Firebase, Maps, and Analytics, and using Retrofit or Alamofire for API integration.
- Preferred experience includes location technology, Jenkins, SonarQube, XCTest, test-driven development, mobile device clouds, Azure, IBM WebSphere Application Server, CI tools, mobile signing and build tools, Scrum, and cloud or DevOps technologies.
