Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Spring Boot and Python.
- Develop secure, reusable backend components for security and engineering teams.
- Apply modern application architecture principles, including microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with security, platform, and infrastructure teams to integrate secure-by-design principles.
- Contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in web application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot in production environments.
- Proven experience building Java/J2EE-based web applications.
- Deep understanding of modern web application architecture and API design.
- Strong experience designing and integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Solid knowledge of database fundamentals and experience with distributed SQL-based databases.
- Experience with databases and caching systems like Redis.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation using tools like Jenkins or Maven.
- Experience building applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
