Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader across the full software development lifecycle.
- Lead and influence architecture reviews for new platforms and services.
- Drive company-wide and cross-organizational initiatives as a hands-on technical leader.
- Solve complex technical problems and act as a trusted advisor for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, designers, and engineers to deliver applications.
- Design and build scalable, high-performance platforms and data pipelines.
- Apply logistics technologies and data-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency.
- Continuously improve engineering practices to meet industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering teams.
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing complex, large-scale systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
- Extensive experience in AWS environments.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems through structured thinking.
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders through clear technical communication.
