Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and algorithms for complex business problems.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data and visualize insights with appropriate tools.
- Evaluate machine learning model performance using metrics, validation techniques, and testing datasets.
- Optimize models through hyperparameter tuning, feature selection, and regularization to improve accuracy, performance, and scalability.
- Gather, clean, analyze, and extract insights from large-scale job posting, job seeker, impression, and click-event data.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience focused on machine learning.
- Deep experience with machine learning algorithms, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in coding, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of professional software development experience focused on machine learning.
- Preferred: BS, MS, or PhD in mathematics, computer science, physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Preferred: experience with deep learning architectures and techniques including CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and GANs.
- Preferred: background in NLP techniques including tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition, with libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, or BERT.
