Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the Agentforce environment and ADLC for internal agent creation, deployment, adoption, governance, and operationalization.
- Build foundational components for a generic support agent integrating Slack, PagerDuty, Service Cloud, and other core systems.
- Work with internal builders and customers to ensure product success, pipeline reliability, and self-service support experiences.
- Support pipelines with iADLC and improve the reliability of key data pipelines such as the DataKit pipeline.
- Manage platform support items, audits including SOX, and adoption of features such as SentOS, MCP, and ITSM in Epic Org.
- Design and implement server-side applications, middleware, frameworks, and enterprise build pipelines.
- Use AI-powered developer tools such as Claude Code and Agentforce to accelerate development and automate operational tasks.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional software development experience and strong object-oriented programming knowledge.
- Experience with Java, C#, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle and collaboration with multiple engineers.
- Experience with RESTful services and deploying software in an AWS environment.
- Experience with enterprise build pipelines, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery server technologies.
- Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, design patterns, software engineering best practices, source control, code reviews, build processes, and operations.
- Ability to analyze performance data and build dashboards for plotting and analyzing large amounts of data.
- Experience with Agile development methodology such as Scrum.
- Strong communication skills across email, instant messaging, conference calls, and in-person settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
