Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of scalable web applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Build interactive dashboards, user interfaces, data visualizations, APIs, integration layers, and connections to enterprise databases and third-party platforms.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities, including large language models, generative AI, predictive analytics, and workflow automation, into products.
- Develop advanced MFT automations with orchestration, intelligent error handling, proactive monitoring, and self-service capabilities.
- Drive cloud-native development, CI/CD, containerized deployments, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Establish monitoring, logging, performance, and operational standards; serve as the escalation point for complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis.
- Mentor engineering teams, establish coding standards and reusable patterns, and collaborate with product leadership on backlog and technical roadmap planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on full-stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications.
- Expertise with modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks, complex state management, and data visualization libraries.
- Strong server-side development skills with Node.js, Python, Java, C#, Go, or comparable technologies, including scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, ORMs, and high-volume data-feed integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI models and APIs into software products, with familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
- Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP; CI/CD tools; containerization; and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Strong analytical, architectural communication, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with internal developer platforms, self-service engineering tooling, Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ, DevSecOps, AI-ready architectures, healthcare data, HIPAA, regulatory compliance, and healthcare insurance feeds.
