Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and continuous improvement of the internal document automation platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver intuitive, scalable application features.
- Build responsive user interfaces with React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Laravel and PHP.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database structures using Laravel migrations.
- Maintain document templates and document-generation workflows for emails and PDFs.
- Develop Python-based AWS Lambda functions and integrate enterprise systems, internal APIs, and third-party services.
- Build and maintain AWS application components including Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
- Maintain technical documentation and Git source control, participate in code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve usability, automate manual processes, and enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing modern web applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with Laravel/PHP, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and using Git.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and implement application features.
- Strong full-stack development skills across front end, back end, databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, relational databases, and REST API architecture.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, ownership, prioritization, and documentation skills.
- Preferred experience with enterprise and third-party API integrations, Snowflake, LiteLLM or similar LLM gateways, Amazon Bedrock or other generative AI platforms, document generation, workflow automation, responsive interfaces, and Python for AWS Lambda.
