Responsibilities
- Explore novel applications of AI beyond existing known use cases.
- Build proposed concepts into working proofs of concept.
- Ship AI-first features from ideation through launch using agent-first approaches.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Work across Product and Tech with mentorship from the engineering organization.
Requirements
- Commercial experience in software engineering or another technical role.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and Cursor.
- Working understanding of agentic workflows and concepts such as MCP.
- Confidence in at least one modern programming language, specifically Python or JavaScript.
- A portfolio, open-source contribution, or project that demonstrates completed work.
- Fluency in English.
- Open-source contributions, experience building beyond tutorials with agentic frameworks or MCP, and exposure to Google Cloud are preferred.
