Responsibilities
- Build new AI interaction patterns and user experiences.
- Partner with a product designer to shape features from scratch or lead them end-to-end.
- Own feature user experience alongside implementation, including information architecture, user flows, copy, and error states.
- Validate that features solve real user problems and are easy to discover and use.
- Refine spacing, loading states, microcopy, and other product details.
- Communicate product decisions and trade-offs with the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack features in production.
- Experience developing frontend features with React and TypeScript, along with server-side logic and data models.
- A track record of owning complete features and user experiences rather than only the UI layer.
- Strong product judgment and attention to detail, including experience making features discoverable and intuitive without guidance.
- Clear communication skills and experience collaborating closely with product designers.
- Experience building AI or machine learning features in production is relevant.
- Relevant technology experience includes PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, tRPC, and Electron.
Benefits
- Salary range of €60,000 to €90,000 annually.
- On-site work in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
