Responsibilities
- Design and build the central MLOps/LLMOps platform for classical ML and agentic/GenAI workloads.
- Architect CI/CD workflows and self-service capabilities that enable Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deploy models and agents independently.
- Build and evolve the Agentic Platform on AWS Bedrock using LangGraph or comparable tools.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
- Establish and promote MLOps and LLMOps best practices through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
- Optimize infrastructure costs and observability through efficient resource management and intelligent automation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in MLOps, LLMOps, ML Engineering, or DevOps with a successful track record in production ML or GenAI platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI stacks.
- Understanding of ML and LLM lifecycles and skills in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling, and modern monitoring solutions.
- Experience driving organizational platform adoption across multiple teams and fostering change and innovation.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences and influence decision-making in an international environment.
- A solution-oriented mindset, strong interest in automation, and awareness of trends in ML, LLM, and agentic AI.
