Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis of P1, P2, and P3 incidents.
- Troubleshoot enterprise Java applications and analyze production traces, logs, and behavior.
- Optimize high-impact Oracle queries using query tuning and PL/SQL.
- Design definitive solutions for recurring defects.
- Participate in multidisciplinary technical forums.
- Automate operational processes using AI and intelligent agents.
- Create AI agents for monitoring-room operations.
- Implement continuous improvements to existing platforms.
Requirements
- Experience developing with Java 8 and Java 17, Angular, JSF, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, REST, SOAP, WS-Security, JWT, Git, Jenkins, and Jira.
- Experience with observability and knowledge of Splunk or similar tools.
- Experience applying artificial intelligence to software development and creating AI agents.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and LLM-based automation skills and tools.
