Base Salary
$115k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to drive the end-to-end sales cycle for Enterprise merchants.
- Lead executive-level technical presentations and solution design sessions.
- Own the technical validation process, including complex RFPs and Proof of Concept engagements.
- Design and architect API integrations tailored to each merchant’s industry and requirements.
- Translate merchant requirements into detailed integration schema and data flow designs.
- Lead technical discovery with merchant engineering and product teams.
- Evaluate fraud risk profiles and recommend integration strategies.
- Consult on data health to ensure optimal model performance.
- Serve as the technical voice of the merchant to internal teams.
- Contribute to the product roadmap with evidence-based recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Solutions Architect or equivalent senior technical customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience designing and architecting API integrations.
- Exposure to bot mitigation, identity threat protection, and fraud detection.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data relevance for fraud decisioning.
- Proven track record working with enterprise merchants or B2C brands at significant scale.
- Ability to build technical credibility with engineering leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience co-selling in complex enterprise deals.
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a growth-stage company.
