Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and scale Salesforce solutions and integrations.
  • Design, build, and deliver software solutions that improve critical business functions.
  • Break down complex and ambiguous problems into structured, iterative solutions.
  • Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Build and integrate APIs, services, and data-driven applications.
  • Lead technical execution for major features and coordinate with cross-functional global teams.
  • Follow Agile software delivery, ITIL, and Change Management processes.
  • Mentor other engineers and help improve the team’s technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Advanced English proficiency for meetings, negotiation, argumentation, and training delivery.
  • Professional software engineering experience with demonstrated production delivery.
  • Experience with cloud development on AWS.
  • Expertise in Java, JavaScript, Python, Node, ReactJS, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD, TDD, DevSecOps, and Git.
  • Ability to resolve technical issues, improve IT products and services, and develop deep technical skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce, Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL.
  • Preferred: experience with disaster recovery, risk management, global operations, enterprise system integration, or cross-platform software coordination.
