Responsibilities
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models across various domains.
- Develop and enhance classification systems for safety and security applications.
- Conduct experiments to benchmark and evaluate AI models.
- Contribute to model distillation and optimization efforts.
- Design evaluation pipelines and metrics for model capabilities.
- Build automated workflows for evaluation and large-scale experimentation.
- Own ML projects from research to production deployment.
- Collaborate with software engineers to productionize ML systems.
- Provide technical expertise across client engagements and research initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in building and deploying machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with computer vision or natural language processing modalities.
- Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models in production.
- Experience designing evaluation methodologies and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Familiarity with model distillation or AI evaluation research is preferred.
