Build and deploy advanced machine learning systems supporting AI safety, security, threat intelligence, and frontier model evaluation. This fully remote role spans multimodal ML, model training and distillation, production MLOps, evaluation pipelines, and agentic workflows.
Engineering Fellows apply software, data, and machine learning skills to applied research in AI security, Trust & Safety, and red teaming. The hands-on fellowship spans experimentation, data systems, model deployment, cloud infrastructure, and client-facing or internal engineering projects.
