Base Salary
$83k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop back-end and full-stack application features and components.
- Partner with senior and principal engineers, solutions engineers, product owners, and business partners to deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering standards improvements.
- Build and maintain automated testing, CI/CD, and observability for squad-owned products.
- Perform impact analysis, technical solutioning, technical research, and estimation for assigned changes.
- Provide production support through incident triage, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain technical specifications, design documentation, and production support artifacts.
- Contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered features and capabilities.
- Translate business needs into well-scoped technical work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
- At least 3 years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, architectural patterns, IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with several of TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS Lambda, AWS S3, SQL, Spring Boot, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience contributing to and supporting production applications.
- Effective use of GenAI development tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLM APIs, RAG patterns, vector databases, embedding models, AI orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles is preferred.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-native environments, preferably AWS, is preferred.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools such as Claude Code is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, adaptability, ownership, and learning skills.
