Responsibilities
- Own critical systems across the insurance lifecycle.
- Translate complex domain problems into shippable systems.
- Decide what to build, not just how to build it.
- Productize models, pipelines, and tools impacting risk and revenue.
- Communicate decisions and surface risks early.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning and shipping production systems using modern programming languages.
- Experience deploying and monitoring applications on cloud platforms.
- Track record of end-to-end project ownership with stakeholders.
- Comfort learning new tools and frameworks quickly.
- Practical experience using LLMs to improve engineering workflows.
- Genuine interest in Stand's mission and its real-world impact.
