Responsibilities

Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault Regulatory suite.
Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements.
Design solutions based on customer requests and anticipate additional needs.
Act as customer liaison, managing communication between various teams.
Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices.
Drive change management for customers transitioning to SaaS solutions.

Experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions.
Experience in the Life Sciences industry with exposure to Regulatory Affairs is preferred.
Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role managing expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or similar fields.
Legally authorized to work in Europe without sponsorship.
